Gary Cox has a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market, both residential homes and multiple family units. I’ve listed multiple properties with him, and he and Mike - his partner, were exceptional in their knowledge of the market and so helpful all the way through the process. They also have many resources available to them from cleaning services to handyman services that helped us get work done to close. Sure took a load off our backs. Very very pleased with the results. Properties sold fast too. Will sure use him again.

I honestly do not know how we originally met Gary. Our situation was unique and frustrating, to say the least. He put in the work and came through to get our place sold. If I could give 6 stars or more than 5 I would. He came recommended to me based on Deniece Robins. A personal friend. First thing I noticed was his availability and flexibility with my schedule. Whether we were meeting late at night or on the weekend he was willing to work with my schedule which meant a lot to me. Second thing I noticed was his honesty and attention to detail. I loved his transparency about every step and his communication was top notch. If he said he would call/text by such and such a date he did. Third thing that stood out was his rolodex, the people he knows, whatever you need, he has a guy/girl for it that will get the job done. Overall from start to finish the process was absolutely seamless. He's very personable, has a great sense of humor and really takes his time to get to know you and your family. Gary was thorough, consistent and available. He was personally involved, advised us well on staging and prepping and options, had a good system for showings and helped us get our house sold quickly. He also sent us thoughtful gifts after the sale and kept connected even two years out, which is a good business practice showing his commitment to his work and clients. He "had a guy" ( reasonably priced) for all the extra things we needed along the way which was helpful. He has a no nonsense approach to getting your house sold. It's all "just business" which is actually kinda helpful as selling, moving or buying can be an emotionally invested business. He is also really good at dealing with more "disagreeable" personality types, which is a definite skill. 👍 A lot of people dont like realtors in general. I've worked with other realtors before who were good and I liked them plenty, but I often felt under advised in hindsight, didn't feel good about the commssion they took in and the amount of work they did for it. We considered just doing a FSBO the next time. But we decided to talk to Gary first before going that route, and took a chance on working with Gary when we sold our last house instead. He is not intimidated by anyone and makes fast friends with his clients. He even worked a deal or two with us to make it a better deal for us to work with him. TBH, Gary can come off as a the "slick" type, but don't let that fool you. He's genuine, truly invested in his clients and walks his talk. His confidence is based in genuine skill, know how and ingenuity, creating a safer feeling experience for a process that can be challenging for anyone. He's the real deal and I'd work with him again any time and recommend him to friends.

Gary has been really helpful when we purchased our first rental property he is very knowledgeable on what is a good buy and what we should be looking for. He also gave a suggestion on a single family property that was up for bid and was a better deal than what we were originally looking at and it was in better shape then the one we were looking at. We have now purchased three properties with Gary. We really enjoy working him and respect the advice he gives.
